How to contact us
We use GitHub Issues so requests can be tracked and their status remains transparent.
What to include
- The URL of the affected page.
- A clear description of the issue or request.
- The time it occurred and reproduction steps, if available.
- For a privacy request, the relevant information and requested action.
Do not send Steam passwords, API keys, addresses, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Corrections and deletion
Report display bugs through GitHub Issues. We cannot directly modify or erase source records held by the Deadlock API or Steam; requests concerning those records must be directed to the relevant provider.
Response
We review requests and respond within a reasonable scope. If personal information is posted in a public issue, removal or redaction will be prioritized. Unsolicited sales messages may not receive a response.
